When using the remote control, ensure there are no solid obstacles blocking the receiver inside the candle. If a malfunction occurs, adjust the candle's direction, shine the remote control directly at the candle (angle ≤ 30 degrees), or test at a distance of 1-2 meters to check if the receiver window is blocked.
